This will be Not Just A Game’s first official tournament event! The format for this event is 2v2 Mid Only; With 8 members participating in a best of 3 single elimination bracket. Players must be checked in 15 minutes before event and mark their status as attending the event on our website calendar; @ http://www.NotJustAGame.shivtr.com; More information about team iN-S and guild Not Just A Game please refer to the forums or latest news feed and video update posts as to the status of upcoming events; current events;or other updates. This is the first of many events and ranking points will be given away for placing in this event. At the end of the month the person with the highest ranking points will be given a special reward worth having!

This event will be casted by Oops You’re Dead…Sorry; with administrative work done by two guild members who for volunteering to help will gain a special badge award on our website. In total this even will have 7 Best of Three matches; The Finals may run late as game time may very so please make sure you have enough time for the event.

When signing up for this event you will be allowed to pick two characters that you may play at any different game in the event. You must play one of the two heroes signed up with or your team will have one chance to restart then disqualified. This event tolerates no bad manner or bad sportsmanship or conduct. Games winners are subject to admin call with 100 percent authority and discretion.

This event will be streamed live and analyzed while being casted for player growth and improvement while also serving as a youtube video production. All events will be posted to youtube and a designated area on the website. By partaking in this event you allow Not Just A Game LLC the rights to stream and discuss your game-play and claim copyright ownership for Youtube monetization as per their terms and agreement with my YouTube account.

Single Elimination 2v2 Mid Only 8 Man Tournament
Check-in starts at 6:30 pm

This tournament will occur on the 5th of October with the first game starting at 7:00pm EST; Plan the difference in time if any based on the live clock on our website. Four Brackets in total with two players in each bracket. Will stream one quarter final best of three; and one or both semi final matches determined by schedule and admin decision. Finals will be streamed after 15 minute prep or strategy time.

All players taking part in this event must be present and accounted for on the http://www.NotJustAGame.shivtr.com website and have marked attending this tournament on the site. Their will be a chat channel on the website and a forum for player communication and discussion of the event.
Your admin will be available on this website at anytime via shoutbox; or live chat system.
There is also a Teamspeak server for use in this event; You may or may not be present on this server but if you can please do. Teamspeak server info will be distributed on NotJustAGame website.

Add Daniel.Thomas1000 on skype for secondary communication method with admin; and steam id given must be valid for verification of steam account and third back up verification communication method.

Please post in the forums about this event before hand as well to talk trash (with reason) and maybe even declare your heroes if you are that brave! Share the event with your friends as one lucky viewer will be given a steam in game random prize! Ranging from 1 to 10 dollar item in Dota 2! Terms and Conditions apply to viewer give away and will be listed on NJAG website.

NJAG is a new community and website to share your passions for dota and share you skills across the web. With analysis from master level player(s) and feedback on your performance while competing for a prize and ranking points! This event will occur weekly so you can always win the next one!!!
Rules

We need to expand the menu web for our website.

At the moment how many pages do you have live?

What does each page represent; how is it represented ? What does it say about our cause

What other important features can we add the will give more pages / and depth to the website allowing for more user activity and increased conversions from Facebook. Look for groups to talk to with similar interests. Would a completely new page be neccesary? Then we could custom tailor the database with only the core interested begin-ing stage prospects and covnerts; and reach their immediate social circles. In depth facebook; pictures; links to the videos and blogs on the site

Mission statement link??

Refrence to twitch; to youtube videos; to website with videos linking to stream. Develop all concept art for these departments. Define these departments in depth with the responsibility and tasks that are actually being completed and the reference information for design and legal purposes;

Need to create a customer database on safe location= with custom form created; and specific questions and answers for teirs of qualification towards serving the goal. Each accepted member will have to be personally spoken to; and each layer of qualification designed with time frames and target goals to reach; only as base test; then the divided into two groups a and b ; for further testing / training and second chance battles for certain chosen people; chance to earn rank points; track rank points and users who have competed in the events listed and detailed written script of the full live event. Then shortened highlight and news update for that event as soon as possible

also announce next event; and current leader board scores; intro and outro buffer; sound source from phone when editing highlight videos. Maybe use phone to some how have better microphone and not have to run skype on pc for more system resources.

Today I need to finish the description of the natural chemistry product line: Then Email Bob the spreadsheet; Then Create Items in the Live Site Commerce Database; Add Detail Description; Then Resize all images in Photoshop; Then Upload all those resized images; Put corresponding image into Excel Sheet with file name; Add images to each individual product; and Storefront;

Youtube; Develop the channel; how can we get subscribers? Twitch. Tv and youtube streaming methods need to be analyzed and used properly for them most effeciency. With captured game footage we can develop custom intro to site and better logo; Site menu system is limited

After reading the notes on the left; it seems that there is a lot to do in terms of completing a certain stage of development . So should we define the certain stages? At the moment it is a string of ideas all complete able with the right attention and planning. To even be considered for ready for an event ; everything must be documented. In order to get valid donations ; write and develop online upfront – clear representation that we are asking for donations; Must keep a record of any and all donations that will be used on the company; for tax reasons we need to develop a excel spread sheet focusing on finances and growth over time with initial small investments as incentive to play in free events; prize of some sort that is deemed valuable and worth competing for; Dota vs Starcraft? Define the different targets markets unique trait identifiers for comparison to each other and benefits of using one or the other or both in a given scenario or case.

Unfiltered thoughts after a tramatic yet eye opening event, conversation and moment that invoked tears and emotions so strong i could not control what i wrote. This world is full of death, disease, crime and pollution. The world is so full of evil and good people who die veryday. This world is full of death, disease ,crime, pollution. The people who stand for justice; our government ;ceo’s ; They are all secretly some-what evil and pursuing their own agendas and when threatened or challenged respond with the for mentions trait and actions. Only showing their true face when threatened or challenged. The world we live is run by money, power, greed, lust, lies and abuse. I may be just an ant or grain of sand in the sea of time. How do you find purpose and drive in a world like this. People live their live in ignorance only following the path the world want you to. Be the same as everyone else; follow rules. set by others that privately live and do what they want with no regards for the Hippocratic-AL way  that they live and hide in. Do as I say not as I do; and this is just the way the world work.s Work for minimum wage while others live in their own world with no rules. Superficial faces; nice and happy if you serve their purpose. Trashed on a whim when no longer needed or are their toy puppet.

Taken advantage of then tossed away like yesterdays news ; and what can or should we do about a situation like that? What is the proper way to respond…
In the face of impossible odds and mighty foes that are hidden behind lies and troves of deciet. A system meant to ‘help’ those less fortunate but that is merely a reflection….an unbroken layer of water on a lake; yet nobody cares to see what is beneath. An ugly existence..hidden in plain view but unseen…

The few who can see beyond the fog and misconception are punished for being an exception. Misled and lied to farce fed to accept the fact that we have no power. Our basic rights as human beings slyly taken away and replaced with what ‘they’ consider acceptable. revoked at any instance or time that you cross their line..
Then left with nothing but your mind…. Punished for thinking out of the box, restrained and constricted like a caged animal. Yes they live and breath and eat but only what is wanted to eat and ingest ;their; food. The idea of freedom is an illusion designed by those who are some0times proven hypocrites only pretending to share the same shoes and ‘share the same boat’.

If your boat sinks and you drown or cant swim… you will most surely drown alone and scared. Then you will see ‘them’ somehow float on by miraculously –
That leaves you to pondering just what really is important ?
While we slowly give into exhaustion sapped our right to willpower and basic freedoms.  They give us false ideas and lies to survive on?We all will die at some point in time…who really care you about when at this most critical point.

Who? Is actually within your grasp..who comes to mind when the air just is not going to last? The true faces of evil will appear from the shadows looking for thrills starting many battles. Can i face this all alone? The world around me once had grown…then shrinks as fast as I could ever begin to know.

Round after Round day after day, we punch the time clock just to make it the easy way. So called easy is cluttered and foggy.. sent off without even a route.

Expectations already placed and fulfilled at our best pace yet we do not even fully understand the race. Then when we lose it is our expectation to accept our failure or loss that was placed upon us burned and seared unseen but we all ways expect.

***Just for reference this was written at a very emotional time today and i live by the motto;s and life style i believe in despite any speculation or negative future probable invasion from foes and non thinkers. Without the ability to see past the window that they think is a reflection.

Calling All Gamers! iN-Somnia enters the E-Sports World!!!

This video is essentially the announcement of the existence of a new guild & clan in the E-Sports community. We are iN-Somnia the team that never sleeps! Well you catch my drift.

In this video learn more about the creator of iN-Somnia and some of our goals in the near future including competing in professional tournaments for games such as Dota 2 and Starcraft 2.

Let me further clarity some information; This is an open community based out of steam and blizzard with many ways of contacting and playing with other guild members. Discuss your favorite new games or have somebody analyze and coach you in your specific game of choice.

iN-Somnia is all about community and promoting the E-Sports culture in a positive light while distinguishing ourselves from the negatively stereotyped ‘gamer’. My new life as a working man….

This is how I feel about our new partnership with GG gaming; I feel that we both can help each other in many ways! I am as excited as the kid in the gif above me!!!  So in other news I somehow randomly managed to get a job as a telemarketer with a company called PBP.  I sent my resume to like three places and that was one of them; next day called in for an interview; three hours later I have the job and start training today! Crazy how these things work right???

Let me just clarify what this means for iN-Somnia gaming and our partners GG gaming; MONEY!  In simple terms I will have a steady income for making improvements to our website and to help with many other avenues of promotion for both GG and iN-Somnia. I will be saving money to purchase an actual domain name for iN-Somnia and will be setting up a series of weekly Starcraft 2 HOTS tournaments ; weekends most likely. This means cash prizes to the victor and that wills bring in new talent and also more publicity for both iN-Somnia and GG gaming.  Draco who runs GG gaming; I consider to be a very smart and wise friend and together I feel that we will with your help of course achieve great things!!

Other benefits of myself getting this job means our own personal Team Speak server and random giveaways to members of GG and iN-Somnia based on certain goals that Draco and I will set. This could be league promotions in Starcraft 2, winning clan wars, or for people showing tremendous dedication to our new partnership.  In short the more that you can do to promote this new collaboration and spread the word, the higher the chance that you may be getting a secret prize!!!

On that note; I shall blog again another time…. Work is calling…sadly but….I will be earning that money so when you all are playing them games today…Just remember I am calling random strangers trying to get them to buy something stupid for the betterment of our partnership!

New Partnership With Galactic Gaming!

Hello fellow gamers from around the world. This is a new update: iN-Somnia Gaming is now partnered with Galactic Gaming and will be doing cross promotion and much more! You can see their stream on the ‘stream list’ page and you can access their website by clicking here. This is great news for both parties involved as we both share the shame goal of promoting e=sports and being apart of a community that shares similar interests and passions. GG gaming focuses more on the Starcraft side of things while iN-Somnia will be focusing on the Dota 2 end of the spectrum.

There are many cross-over events planned such as tournaments and live stream events to promote our new partnership and let the world know we are ready to rumble! Many big changes will be rolling out over the next month with this new collaboration with Galactic Gaming so stay tuned to both of our websites for maximum information. Hello iN-S Gaming Community Members!
This post is going to be rather interesting as I have more than a few items of interest to discuss with all of you!
As you may notice there are new graphics and information popping up all over the site and this will continue to happen over the next few months as very serious decisions are made in regards to the future of this community and team.

I am proud to announce the launch of iN-Somnia Tv! Our new series that will be uploaded weekly and the premise for show is going to be Hero Wars! Yes you heard me correctly and more details will be released with regards to the rules and terms of the competition. Another interesting fact about Hero Wars is that each week YOU will be choosing one of the next competing hero.The winner of the previous figth will be moved up a bracket to fight again another day against a new hero! The way I see it that gives us plenty of show to make and lots of heroes to fight with tons of fun to be had.

Welcome Team iN-Somnia to the E-Sports Community!

Hello avid E-Sports fans and iN-S Guild + team members! This is Daniel Thomas captain and leader of iN-Somnia Gaming.

I suppose i should start with a little bit about the concept behind this organization and collaboration of gamers from America and Europe. To put this in terms everybody understands…. to live and breath E-sports is a lifestyle, choice and passion!
We play and train, analyze and watch others play while rewarding the most experienced and competitive teams -players with cash rewards of up to a million dollars… Yes that is right.

So for every parent or significant other that thinks what you are doing is a waste of time and effort or just does not quite understand your passion and enthusiasm for such a ‘childish’ ‘hobby’. The iN-Somnia community is here for anybody and everybody who shares the similar belief that games such as Dota 2 and Starcraft are not a waste of time but a gift on the world. Not to mention there are big plans in motion for this new gaming community and competitive team.

At the moment you could say that we are in pre-alpha stages: recruiting team member and guild members, establishing a presence in the online community and E-Sports community. The wheels are in motion and the target is clear, the goal is clear and this community will try to help everybody understand this way of life.

iN-Somnia is Gathering Steam!!

Welcome back fellow gamers and like minded admirer’s of the true and unique challenge and benefits gaming has to offer!

There has not been much activity on this site for the last few days because that time has been spent on developing and forming the Guild Administration and iN-Somnia’s A Team formation. So far we have around 20 or 30 guild members and almost full A Team.

We have been conducting tons of streaming recently to try and get the word out about this new gaming community. Everyday I get more views and more unique visitors to the twitch channel NotJustAGame and our website. I will be rolling out some site updates over the next two days including listing of team and guild roster and open positions in guild administration / B team roster.

iN-Somnia is looking for any graphic artists who might be willing to contribute their valuable time and effort into making some of the graphics for the website and stream. If you are interested or know anybody who may like to showcase some of their work then please email kingou7law@gmail.com

In other news,
The team practice’s that has been held so far have been very successful and has shown great potential in starting to establish and reach our goals within the E-Sports community.

Various other changes will be rolling out to the website in terms of design and content as to provide a more vibrant and interactive community in the near future.
